TOURNAMENT HIGHLIGHTS

Thanks to everyone who attended the 3rd Annual CDF Charity Golf Tournament.  It was a sold out event and we all had a great time.  Several lucky golfers were successful bidders at the silent auction, and took home some very special items including a Tiger Woods autographed pin flag, LaDainian Tomlinson autographed visor, and a limited edition Paul Frank chopper bicycle. Special guests included Darren Day and our event host Vencie Glenn.

We look forward to seeing you all again on Friday, May 16th , 2008 at this years tournament.  This event supports our scholarship fund and community-based programs.  Thank you for gracious and generous support.

CDF FOUNDERS RECOGNIZED FOR SERVICE

Crystal Dreams founders Timothy and Pamela Coffey were recently honored at the 100 Black Men of Orange County’s 12th Annual Gala. Mr. and Mrs. Coffey received the 100 Award for Community Service for their work in uplifting the community through The Crystal Dreams Foundation.  Each year the 100 BMOC bestows its highest honor, the100 Award, to those individuals who have unselfishly given of their time and resources to improve the quality of life for African Americans and all of Orange County.  “We are thankful to be able to serve the community”, Pam says, “and truly honored to receive the Black Men of Orange County’s 100 Award”.
